Wrap-around Care

Mrs Sally Dodd co-ordinates our breakfast club with assistance from Mrs Sarah Hollier and Mrs Rita Furze in the school hall from 7.30am. The children are under the supervision of Mrs Dodd, Mrs Hollier and Mrs Furze until they are allowed in class at 8.35am.

Miss Emma Diamond co-ordinates our after school care, The Moorings, with Mrs Sally Dodd assisting her.

Bookings are to be made half-termly in advance with booking forms being sent out to parents by email via the Teachers2Parents system during the last two weeks of half-term. Bookings are to be made by the last day of the half-term break to enable the admin team to calculate numbers attending for staffing and food order purposes. It is also advisable to make any bookings in advance.

Any additional bookings made after the booking date closing form are to be made 48 hours in advance and emailed to: ‘Riverboats@uptonuponsevern.worcs.sch.uk‘

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel a pre-booked session otherwise, the full rate will be charged ‘Cancellation Timescale’. Exceptional circumstances for short notice cancellation may be considered at the discretion of the Lead Supervisor.

Our charges, rom 1st November 2021, will be as follows and invoiced one month in arrears to your child’s first named priority contact. All invoices are to be within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within the required timescale may result in your child not being able to attend any further sessions until the outstanding invoice has been paid.
